Appointment Policy
Scheduling Your Appointment
All appointments at Five Star Colonics Inc. are scheduled by phone only. We do not accept online booking requests or appointment scheduling via email or text message. Please call us at (718) 781-5210 to speak directly with a member of our team and confirm your appointment.
Arrival
We ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule. As a courtesy to other clients, sessions cannot be extended beyond their scheduled time.
Health Consultation
All new clients are required to complete a brief health intake review before their first session. This is to ensure that the selected service is appropriate for your individual health needs. Please inform our team of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or relevant health history when scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies arise. To cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Please call us directly to cancel — email cancellations are not accepted.
Please keep in mind that last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave our therapists with empty appointment times and prevent other clients who could have been seen from receiving care.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Five Star Colonics Inc. does not offer refunds on gift cards, packages, or session series under any circumstances.
Session Package Terms & Non-Transferability
All session packages purchased at Five Star Colonics Inc. are subject to the following conditions:
- Non-Transferable: Session packages are strictly non-transferable and are issued solely for the personal use of the original purchasing client. Packages may not be assigned, transferred, gifted, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual under any circumstances.
- Original Purchaser Only: Services included in a package may only be redeemed by the individual in whose name the package was originally purchased. Five Star Colonics Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any person attempting to redeem a package who cannot be verified as the original purchaser.
- Expiration: All session packages expire within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be permanently forfeited with no refund, credit, or extension granted.
- No Cash Value: Session packages have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or exchange at any time.
- Non-Combinable: Packages may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly authorized by management in writing.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without further notice. Current pricing will always be confirmed when you call to schedule your appointment.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are redeemable for services only and have no cash value.
- Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment. Certificates not presented at the time of service will not be accepted retroactively.
- Five Star Colonics Inc. will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- No refunds or cash redemptions will be issued for gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
General Terms
Right to Refuse Service
Five Star Colonics Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time at the sole discretion of management, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate behavior, health contraindications, or failure to comply with our policies.
Liability
Five Star Colonics Inc. is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or injuries that may arise from services received at our facility if the client failed to disclose relevant health conditions during the intake process. All services are provided for wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment or advice.
Privacy
Client health information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from services provided by Five Star Colonics Inc. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

This facility does not claim to cure or treat any condition or disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration. They are not meant to treat, prevent, diagnose or cure any condition, and are for informational purposes only.
