Preparing for Your Body Wrap
The body wrapping process takes about an hour and a half. Prior to your appointment, you should refrain from eating a large meal and drink water, but remember that you will be in the wrap for an hour and a half and not able to use the bathroom, so not too much water. Avoid wearing lotions or oils on the day of your appointment. Women wear cotton panties and a bra and men can wear boxer briefs, boxers, or cotton shorts.
